100% Satisfaction
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your artwork after receiving it, you may ship it back to us in the original packaging within 90 days after your purchase to receive a full refund. Please contact us for an address.
Lost Artwork Guarantee
Shipping companies, are we right? Sometimes they just can’t get it right. If your artwork gets lost in the mail, we will replace it for you completely free of charge.
Damaged Artwork
Bless those poor shipping companies. If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it for you completely free of charge.
Modifications
We offer unlimited modifications of your artwork before printing because we want your gift to be perfect. If you would like your artwork updated after printing, we offer affordable reprints (starting at $25).
Reprints
Damaged reprints or reprints with mistakes made by Dearest Forever will be replaced free of charge. Original artworks of which reprints have been made are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made later will be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a cancellation fee if work has already begun on an order.
