Not happy with your order? We'll make it right.
Every Dearest Forever tree is custom-printed to order. Because of that, our refund policy depends on where your order is in the process.
Before your print is submitted
If your order hasn't been sent to our print shop yet, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
After your print is in production
Once your tree has been submitted for printing, we're unable to cancel or refund the order. Custom prints are produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
30-day window
All refund and replacement requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We're unable to process requests after that period.
