Frequently asked questions

After your purchase, we will email you a link to a form where you can submit your information. You can also use the form to tell us which genealogy service to import your information from, including Ancestry.com, FamilySearch, FamilyTreeDNA, Findmypast, Geni, MyHeritage, and WikiTree.

All of our family trees can show both descendants and ancestors. Trees most commonly show ancestors in the branches and up to 48 descendants in the roots, but we can make your tree with descendants above and ancestors below if you prefer. We do not offer frames, but the following frames you can get from Amazon will fit our artwork:

Making your one-of-a-kind family tree will take about two weeks, and standard shipping is about one week in the U.S. or two weeks globally. Expedited processing and shipping are available for purchase in the personalization form (after you order) if you need your family tree art sooner.

Absolutely! Most of our customers don’t have all their genealogy research done, particularly in the fifth and sixth generations. Missing information in your family tree art will look natural since the artwork will still occupy the spots where there is no information.

If you don’t love your product, you can send it back for any reason within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund. For details, read here. (Hint: your family’s gonna love it.)
