After your purchase, we will email you a link to a form where you can submit your information. You can also use the form to tell us which genealogy service to import your information from, including Ancestry.com, FamilySearch, FamilyTreeDNA, Findmypast, Geni, MyHeritage, and WikiTree.
Your family tree can have ancestors in the branches and up to 48 descendants in the roots.
Making your one-of-a-kind family tree can take up to two weeks, and standard shipping is about one week in the U.S. or two weeks globablly. Expedited shipping is available for purchase after you order.
Absolutely! Most of our customers don’t have all their genealogy research done, particularly in the fifth and sixth generations. Missing information in your family tree art will look natural since the artwork will still occupy the spots where there is no information.
